Felix began playing some time during the last century. Sadly, infamy for substance abuse prevailed during his "hippy" period. Namely, his propensity for snorting sherbert (the confectionary, not the 1970's band) through his rather significantly sized proboscis and blowing bubbles from his ears.

His passion for music blossomed from his first outdoor gig, a business function where he played in front of an adoring crowd of around seven (six staff and the cleaner).

For Felix, hippiness has given way to hip, and he is regarded as the spiritual pilot of the Jungle Jooce Astral Plane. He is like a wandering spirit, a mentor to the younger members of the band, although the sad legacy of his sherbert habit makes it difficult to recall his own youth. He likes cool funky drummers, nice people, and has a burning interest in astronomy, summed up by his deeply philosophical statement- "The universe is such a huge, cool place"
